Must-haves — kept short and genuinely non-negotiable 5. Nice-to-haves — explicitly marked as such 6. What this role is not, so mismatched candidates opt out early 7. How the team works: meeting load, autonomy, review cadence 8. Compensation range and the process, with number of stages and timeline Remove every phrase that would appear in any other company's posting. Replace rockstar, ninja and fast-paced environment with specifics. Tone: honest and inviting. Write as a person, not a policy.
